COMPANY HISTORY
Founded in 2012, Emerald Green Building Services was established to provide premier facility service solutions to clients in the commercial real estate, higher education, entertainment and corporate markets. Our core business is to deliver contracted facilities services to those clients who desire vendor partnerships, strategic alliances and long-term relationships of mutual benefit.
The owners and operating team of Emerald combine over 100 years of facilities service industry experience, local market knowledge, significant financial strength, advanced operating technologies and systems, and an untiring commitment to customer service. Under the leadership of Paul McAleer, the company maintains a focused approach to the New England market with a focus on responsible growth.

Teamsters Local 25 Autism Fund is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the lifespan, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of people with autism spectrum disorder; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union established our foundation in 2011 to make a difference in the lives of our members and the public at large. The Foundation helps support people in our community by providing assistance with food, shelter, clothing, health, and education.
Our employees spend countless hours assisting those in the community who are less fortunate.
The Durkin Foundation
The mission of the Durkin Foundation is to help and support individuals and their families impacted by the effects of
Alzheimer’s Disease, U.S. Veteran Services, and Intellectual Disabilities by providing education, services, and daily assistance dedicated to improving the quality of life of all so challenged. This nonprofit (certified 501C) is 100% administration free. EVERY DOLLAR RAISED goes to families in need of our assistance.
